What are the aims of CEFEC ?

CEFEC believes that all people with disabilities have the right for a place in society and in work. People with disabilities have the right for a normal workplace where they have the same rights, a normal work contract and the same salary as other people.

CEFEC achieves these aims by

creating social firms and independent cooperatives, making efforts to transform and de-institutionalise sheltered workshops providing accompanying care services to support integration into competitive employment in regular enterprises.
